The Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014, replacing  Directive (2001/37/EC) is transposed to the Polish legal system by amending the act on the protection of health from the effects of the use of tobacco and tobacco products (Journal of Laws 2017, item 957). Please note that this is only unofficial working translation. According to Polish law, only acts promulgated in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dziennik Ustaw) can be considered as a source of law.
