The ELDIOM system (Electronic Declaration of Information on Mixtures) enables companies to online notify dangerous / hazardous mixtures to the Inspector. This system contains an English language module. The address of this system is: http://eldiom.chemikalia.gov.pl.

A company may notify the mixtures on its own or on behalf of other company.

Please note that in case a company notifies the mixtures on behalf of other company, the account in the system should be created with the data of this other company.
