According to art. 44(4) of Polish Act of Law of 29 July 2005 on Counteracting Drug Addiction tasks of the scope of registration in the field of drug precursors referred to in art. 3(6) of regulation (EC) No 273/2004 and referred to in art. 7 of Council regulation (EC) No 111/2005, including keeping a national register of operators and users who have been granted registration, are executed by the Inspector for Chemical Substances.
