* Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force on 25 May 2018.

4) your personal data will be stored for the time specified by law, in accordance with the archiving instructions,
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, object to processing, portability right, and you may also withdraw the consent at any time,
6) you have right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
7) providing personal data in the scope required by the act of the Act of 25 February 2011 on Chemicals and their Mixtures (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 143) is obligatory.
